Participation in the forum does not imply endorsement or opposition by Duncanville Forum on Arts, Culture & the Economy, its organizers, moderators, or sponsors.
Duncanville Forum on Arts, Culture & the Economy operates independently and is not affiliated with the City of Duncanville, the Duncanville Arts Commission, or any political party.
4.Waiver of Liability
Duncanville Forum on Arts, Culture & the Economy, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliated entities assume no liabilityfor any statements made by candidates, attendees, or participants during the event.
Candidates and participants assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to public speaking, audience interactions, and media exposure.
Duncanville Forum on Arts, Culture & the Economy is not responsible for any misrepresentation, misquoting, or external media interpretations of statements made during the event.
5. Media & Public Engagement
Media organizations may cover the event, and candidates agree that their participation may be reported on by third parties.
Any disputes regarding media coverage must be addressed with the respective media outlet, not Duncanville Forum on Arts, Culture & the Economy.
6. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By attending or participating in the Duncanville Forum on Arts, Culture & the Economy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
